This brings a beneficial element of privacy which is hard to find in such developments in the Algarve.
The ground floor boasts a modern open-plan living area with a large kitchen and separate laundry room with an additional dishwasher, a dining room which leads down two steps to a large living room that can seat up to 10 people and a separate TV room which can hold another 6.
The 3 bedrooms on the ground floor are all furnished with single beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each one has individual access to outdoor balconies or courtyards.
The charming living room has a wood-burning fireplace creating a cosy atmosphere for the cooler winter evenings. This leads out onto a spacious balcony, fitted with a variety of seating areas, an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. Leading down from this balcony is the most unique feature of the villa, a classical wooden bridge that spans over the pool and into a shaded garden.
The pool is surrounded by 8 colourful sun-loungers and matching umbrellas. Please note the pool fence has been removed.
The villa is the perfect family retreat within a mile of the beautiful Quinta beachfront, a 5-minute drive from the shops, tennis courts and a variety of well-renowned restaurants and golf courses.
